Owner and Curator-in-Chief

T Beller Sabrage1.5 T Beller brought her own personal verve to Wine Country when she moved to the area more than 20 years ago. Originally from Montgomery, Alabama, T has been shaking things up in Wine Country as a connector and community leader since her arrival. She founded Verve Napa Valley in 2012 as the natural intersection of her passion for sharing art, wine, and the Napa Valley lifestyle with visitors in her distinctly unique style.

Her professional history includes stints as a marketing and outreach consultant, interior and graphic designer, event planner, art concierge, and co-founder of Napa Valley Arts and Lectures, as well as the Napa Valley Film Society. In 1994, she co-founded River School, Napa County’s first charter school, an innovative, award-winning middle school. She has testified before Congress on the benefits and challenges of alternative education models. A life-long arts advocate, she has served as an appointed member of the Napa County Commission for Arts and Culture for five years. T earned a B.A. in Psychology and Art from Stanford University, with advanced degrees in the fields of Counseling, Education, and Design. She is a graduate of Leadership Napa Valley and was a member of the practicum group responsible for the first-ever Napa County Visitor Profile Study & Napa County Economic Impact Study. She thrives on the challenges of identifying community needs and working collaboratively in order to transform a vision into a reality.

T’s artistic flair and legendary Southern hospitality are the soul of our company, evident in every trip we create. Her dynamic energy and attention to detail make Verve your authentic Wine Country experience of a lifetime.

Outside of the office, T maintains a vast garden filled with every seasonal vegetable you can imagine and the most vibrant dahlia varieties she can get her hands on. She's also an avid art collector, with an eye for out-of-the-box mixed media works with plenty of color and pizazz.

Operations & Biz Development

Rob1.5 Rob brings the male balancing influence to the Verve team. Having grown up with three brothers and raised two sons, he's always been immersed in the world of sports, biking, and just about every kind of outdoor adventure.
After graduating from the University of Michigan, he moved to San Francisco where he worked as a city tour guide. He led his first Napa wine tour in the late '70s, so over the years he's witnessed first-hand the number of local wineries skyrocket from about 20 to more than 500. He parlayed this experience into a career in the luxury travel industry, where he spent the next decade guiding groups around the world.
Rob eventually went on to run his own company which designed and implemented content-driven travel programs for the most discerning travelers. Among the myriad of programs he developed are wine-centric tours in Italy, France, Spain, South Africa, Argentina, Australia, and of course our legendary Napa Valley. Rob's passion is education through experience, and finds it deeply gratifying to be able to share his favorite places, extensive knowledge, and many memories with guests. It is Rob's attention to detail and never-ending desire to enhance the visitor experience that has led to his success in the hospitality and travel industry.
His love for Wine Country doesn't stop at leading tours, though. In the late '80s Rob bought his first ton of Zinfandel grapes and started making his own wine. Since then, he's learned a lot about the art and science behind winemaking through hands-on experimentation. More than anything, this hobby made him appreciate those who really do it well.
Rob has a life-long background in tour operations, and prior to joining the Verve team, he acted as Director of Sales at Bauer's IT in San Francisco. He's ready to make your time in Wine Country an unforgettable experience…just as long as you don’t call while his son or the 49’ers are on the field!

Director of Sales

Paul is a Bay Area native and true Renaissance man—a skilled carpenter, auto mechanic, academic, and irresistibly likeable guy. His talent with machinery and working with his hands led him initially to work as an auto technician, specializing in electrical diagnostics for luxury vehicles while still a high school student. By age 20 he was a fully certified ASE Technician, but Paul shifted his attention to carpentry and entrepreneurialism when he and his father started Everett Construction in Napa in 2003.

During the 2008 recession, two things happened. First, construction came to a screeching halt and Paul had some extra time on his hands. Second (related), Paul started working weekends as a tour guide in Napa Valley. He fell in love with the hospitality teams at the wineries, as well as the wide array of guests he was showing around. In short order, Paul decided to pursue a new career path in hospitality.

Around the same time, Paul began taking night courses in mathematics and business in order to hone his skills as an entrepreneur. These courses eventually led him to realize his dream of studying at the University of California, Berkeley, and graduating from Cal with distinction.

Despite his warm and welcoming demeanor, Paul is a baseball-crazed Oakland A’s fanatic – so be warned. On any given day, you will find him building something at home with the baseball game on in the background, or running with his buddies through the vineyards.
